A private chauffeur quote built on your actual itinerary
Getting a price for private transport usually takes several exchanges: an email, a call back, a rough estimate. This tool removes that back and forth. You write your plan in plain language — dates, pick-up and drop-off points, the stops you want, the number of passengers and bags — and every leg is reconstructed, measured on the real road network, then priced against our rate card. The detailed quote appears in about thirty seconds, leg by leg, with the total including VAT.
The price quoted is firm. Tolls, fuel, the chauffeur meet-and-greet and the first 60 minutes of airport waiting time are included. Airport arrivals also carry a €20 excl. VAT meet-and-greet supplement per vehicle, already included in the price shown: it covers terminal car park charges while your chauffeur waits for your flight. Two road costs are added the same way, also included in the price shown: €100 excl. VAT per vehicle on a one-way trip over 200 km, because the car drives back empty and no client pays for those kilometres, and €70 excl. VAT per night and per vehicle when the mission runs over several days and the chauffeur stays on site, to cover accommodation. A day at your disposal includes 20 km per hour charged: 4 hours cover 80 km, a 10-hour day covers 200 km. Kilometres beyond that are billed at €2 excl. VAT in a sedan, €2.50 excl. VAT in a van and €4 excl. VAT in an S-Class, also included in the price shown. A van carrying 8 passengers carries a 10% supplement, also included. Day excursions sold as a package — Giverny, Normandy, Mont-Saint-Michel, the Loire castles — carry no mileage limit at all. The price does not move with traffic or with the pick-up time, and you can keep it: every quote comes with a link you can copy to share it or open it again later.

For a group, the fleet composition stays your call: saloons to travel separately, vans to stay together, or the most affordable split worked out automatically. The number of vehicles follows from the passengers and nothing else: a saloon carries 3 people, a van 8. The luggage count is simply an indication you give if you wish — it is passed on to your chauffeur, who arranges the loading with you, and never adds a vehicle to your quote. The quote recalculates with every change.

Yes, that is exactly what this tool is for: a multi-day stay, return transfers, an hourly hire or a tour with stops along the way are all priced leg by leg, with a consolidated total.
Is the price shown final?
The price is firm: tolls, fuel, the chauffeur meet-and-greet and 60 minutes of airport waiting time are included. It does not change with traffic or with the pick-up time.
How many passengers and bags can I enter?
The quote adapts to groups: the number of vehicles is worked out from the passengers (3 per saloon, 8 per van) and you can choose the fleet composition between saloons and vans. You may give a luggage count if you wish: it is passed on to your chauffeur and changes neither the number of vehicles nor the price.
Can I book and pay online straight away?
Yes. Once the quote is displayed, booking and secure card payment via Stripe happen on the same page. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up.
Can I share a link with the quote request already filled in?
