Every booking is confirmed once payment has been made online: either the full amount or, where that option is offered, a 50% deposit followed by settlement of the balance under the conditions of article 5. The price is firm and final.
- Up to 24h before pick-up: free cancellation, full refund.
- Less than 24h before pick-up: no refund.
Where a deposit has been paid, however, it is retained if the balance has not been settled by its due date (article 5).
Airport: 60 min free. Train station/Address: 15 min free. Beyond this, a surcharge may apply.
A pick-up on arrival of a flight carries a meet-and-greet supplement of €20 excluding VAT per vehicle, covering the terminal car park while the chauffeur waits. This supplement is included in the price shown before payment; it is never billed after the journey. A journey to an airport carries none.
For missions above €1,000 including VAT whose pick-up is more than ten days away, the client may choose to pay a 50% deposit when booking. The deposit amount, the balance amount and the balance due date are shown before payment, restated on the invoice and repeated in the confirmation e-mail.
The balance is due before the mission starts, and no later than the due date shown, set two days before pick-up. The client settles it through the secure payment link sent by e-mail; two reminders are sent before the due date.
If the balance is not settled by that date, the mission is not engaged: Grand Paris Transport is under no obligation to assign a vehicle or a chauffeur, and the deposit paid is retained by Grand Paris Transport, whatever the cancellation date. The client may settle the balance at any time before the mission starts in order to maintain it, subject to availability.
The client may, if they wish and by express authorisation given when the deposit is paid, mandate Grand Paris Transport to charge the balance to the card used for the deposit, on the due date and only if it has not been settled before. This authorisation is optional, it is never given by default, and the client may withdraw it at any time by writing to contact@grandparistransport.com.
Empty return: a one-way journey of more than 200 km starting from or heading to a point outside Paris carries a supplement of €100 excluding VAT per vehicle, covering the vehicle's empty return. It is counted once per mission and per vehicle, and a return journey carries none, the return leg already being billed.
Chauffeur overnight stay: where a mission spans several days and the chauffeur stays on site, a supplement of €70 excluding VAT per night and per vehicle applies, covering their accommodation.
Both supplements are included in the price shown before payment and itemised on the quote; they are never billed after the mission.
