Data collected and purposes:

• Bookings and quotes — name, phone, email, pick-up and destination addresses, dates and times, number of passengers and items of luggage, flight or train number, and any details you send us. Legal basis: performance of the transport contract, or your request for a quote.
• Tailored quote — the content of your conversation with our quote assistant, which describes your itinerary. Legal basis: your request.
• Payment — card details never reach our servers and are never stored by us: they are entered directly with Stripe. We receive only the confirmation of payment.
• Service security — your IP address, used to cap the number of quote requests per hour. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service from abuse.

Retention periods:

• Unfinished quote conversation: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
• Priced quote, readable from its link: 6 months, then deleted automatically. A quote's price is guaranteed for 30 days from issue; after that the quote is still readable but must be recalculated.
• Security counters containing an IP address: 48 hours.
• Paid booking: kept for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require, i.e. 10 years from the end of the financial year.

Recipients and processors: we neither exploit nor sell your data for advertising purposes. It is processed on our behalf by: Netlify, Inc. (site hosting and quote storage), Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (payment), Google Ireland Ltd. (Maps, computing the distances of an itinerary), EmailJS (sending confirmations and chauffeur briefs), Anthropic PBC, through Netlify's AI Gateway, for the quote assistant only, and Reddit, Inc. for measuring our advertising campaigns. As some of these providers are established outside the European Union, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Automated decisions: the quote assistant lays out your itinerary, but it sets no price. Fares are computed by our rate card on our own servers, and any quote flagged as doubtful is reviewed by a person before it is confirmed.

Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to contact@grandparistransport.com or call +33 6 04 51 06 57; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Trackers: this site loads the Reddit, Inc. advertising pixel, which measures visits coming from our ads and may set cookies for that purpose. It is not present on the tailored quote page. We use no other audience-measurement tool. Separately, storage local to your browser remembers your chosen language and the state of your quote request: it never leaves your device and is not sent to anyone.
