Fares
| Vehicle | Capacity | Fixed fare |
|---|---|---|
| Premium sedan | 1-3 passengers · 3 suitcases | €90 per journey |
| Premium van | 4-8 passengers · 8 suitcases | €105 per journey |
Prices exclude VAT; the 10% rate applicable to passenger transport is added at checkout. The fare covers tolls, meet and greet and 60 minutes of waiting after landing. Airport arrivals carry a €20 excl. VAT meet-and-greet supplement per vehicle — €110 excl. VAT in a sedan and €125 in a van, €121 and €137.50 including VAT — because your chauffeur waits in the terminal car park, where parking is charged by the time spent even when the plane lands two hours late. A departure from Paris to CDG carries none. Beyond that, waiting is billed at the hourly rate (€65/h sedan, €75/h van). There is no surcharge for luggage, night journeys, weekends or public holidays. For an address outside Paris the online quote returns a firm price in 30 seconds.
How your transfer works
- You book and receive your confirmationGive us your flight number, your terminal if you know it, and your destination address. The price is locked in at that moment and will not move.
- We track your flightYour actual landing time is picked up automatically. A flight that lands early or three hours late changes neither the pickup nor the price, and requires nothing from you.
- Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hallHe waits past customs holding a sign with your name and texts you his exact position. He takes your luggage and walks you to the car parked nearby.
- You are dropped at your doorA direct journey to your hotel, home or office. Water, USB chargers and Wi-Fi on board, and a receipt emailed on arrival.
Practical information
What to know before you book
Paris-Charles de Gaulle is France's largest airport and one of the most spread out in Europe: three terminals, around a dozen arrival halls and internal shuttles that cost you time if you do not know them. The taxi rank at terminal 2E is not the one at terminal 1, and a Parisian taxi's regulated fare depends on which bank of the Seine you are heading for. A private transfer booked in advance removes both unknowns: you know what you pay and who is waiting for you before you take off.
The CDG fare applies in both directions. For a departure we recommend a pickup three hours before a long-haul flight and two hours before a Schengen flight; your chauffeur suggests the time when you book, based on typical traffic for your slot. If you are not sure which terminal your flight leaves from, our guide to CDG and Orly terminals by airline tells you at a glance.
Business travellers often ask to keep the chauffeur for the rest of the day after the transfer: that is hourly chauffeur hire, from €65 per hour excluding VAT. For a stay involving several journeys, a return trip and day trips, the online quote prices the whole programme leg by leg.
Frequently asked questions
How much is a private transfer between CDG and Paris?
The fixed fare is €90 excluding VAT in a premium sedan (1-3 passengers) and €105 excluding VAT in a premium van (4-8 passengers), one way between the airport and central Paris. Arrivals carry a €20 excl. VAT meet-and-greet supplement per vehicle on top, so €110 excl. VAT in a sedan and €125 in a van: it covers the terminal car park while your chauffeur waits for your flight. Tolls, the name-board welcome and 60 minutes of waiting are included, and the price does not change with traffic, time of day or the number of bags.
How long does it take to get from CDG to Paris?
Allow 45 to 60 minutes for the 30 to 35 km into central Paris. During the morning peak towards La Défense or western Paris, budget closer to 1 h 15. Your chauffeur picks the route at departure based on live traffic.
Where does my chauffeur wait at Charles de Gaulle?
In the arrivals hall, past customs, holding a sign with your name. He texts you his exact position as soon as you land. The meet and greet works identically at terminals 1, 2A to 2G and 3.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing for you to do: we track your flight live and the pickup time shifts automatically. No surcharge is applied for an airline delay, and the 60 free waiting minutes start from the actual landing time, not the scheduled one.
Does the price change at night, at weekends or with luggage?
No. The fare is the same 24/7, including public holidays, and carries no luggage supplement. The sedan takes 3 suitcases and 3 cabin bags, the van 8 and 5; oversized items such as skis or bicycles should be flagged when booking.
Can I book a CDG transfer for the same day?
Yes, subject to availability. We recommend booking 24 hours ahead for an airport transfer to guarantee the vehicle; for an urgent request, call +33 6 04 51 06 57.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge: baby carriers, child seats and boosters are supplied on request. Give us each child's age and weight when booking so the right device is fitted before you arrive.
